We've used Melissa twice now as a seller's agent, and both times she's been fantastic to work with. She's easy to get a hold off, knows the market, and went above and beyond during both sales to help us coordinate work, inspections, etc. It's a tough market out there, especially as an independent agent in The Villages, but she came through and we're happy to have had the pleasure of working with her.
Extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. Always available whenever we had questions and/or concerns. We highly recommend Melissa for all your real estate needs.
