We've used Melissa twice now as a seller's agent, and both times she's been fantastic to work with. She's easy to get a hold off, knows the market, and went above and beyond during both sales to help us coordinate work, inspections, etc. It's a tough market out there, especially as an independent agent in The Villages, but she came through and we're happy to have had the pleasure of working with her.

After conducting interviews of several real estate professionals, I selected Melissa and Eva, and I am glad I did. During the entire time my home was on the market they clearly overdelivered on their promises. While everyone thinks their home is worth more than it is, I feel that Melissa and Eva got me the best offer given the market forces at play. They were patient with my constant questions but always honest with their responses as we approached the sale process as a team. While the house was on the market I was not living there, and they took care of things as they arose. I was out of state when one of the hurricanes was predicted to hit the area and they took care of "hurricane proofing" the house in my absence. Following an inspection by the buyer they took care of almost all the punch list items using their handyman at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Melissa and Eva my remote closing could not have been easier as they handled all the details from start to finish. If you are looking for agents that will exceed your "reasonable" expectations, then look no further...I highly recommend this team!

We have worked with Melissa for nearly two years. We have been looking for the "right" property. While we have not yet found the property Melissa has provided the knowledge and guidance we find extremely helpful. The showings she was able to provide has increased our knowledge base of the area we are seeking to live in. We have changed our mind and course of direction a number of times and Melissa has adjusted tour decisions. I find it hard to say enough good. No pressure-pushing. Provides us with the information we need for a big decision. We will continue to work with Melissa depending on her skills and knowledge until we find the home we feel comfortable purchasing.

As my husband and I were first time home buyers, we did not know exactly what to expect with the home buying process.
